The Witcher Wild Hunt

This was one of our favourite games from last year.
With it's in depth story, attention to detail and beautiful visuals the game really pulled you in, and made you want to explore it.
We spent many days just wandering the world and discovering whatever came our way.
Mostly monster nests, but occasionally enriching story.

Ok .. time to nerd out a little.

We wanted to focus on the main storyline of the game.

Which is (for those who don't know) about the wild hunt.
So we featured the leader of the Wild Hunt Eredin front and centre.
Behind him you can see some of the points of the Wolf School Witcher medallion sticking out because we know that really it is Geralt who is hunting him.
Also we wanted to have the silhouette of Geralt, but with the helmet of Eredin pointing in at him as a subtle hint of the impending threat.
We also added the boarder of one of Indy's favourite parts of the game, Gwent, which are apparent at the top and bottom of the poster and mimic the design of the back of Gwent cards.
Finally we wanted the whole piece to feel like it was aged and battle worn so we made texture to feel like it was chunks missing out of metal.

We hope that you enjoy this piece as much as we enjoyed the game!

Wild Hunt in the game are so shallow and one-dimensional villains. They are so thin that they better suit kid cartoons rather than adult video games.
